The Core at The Society Garden
March 14, 2026 · Macon, GA
The Core returned to The Society Garden in Macon on March 14, 2026, their first show at the venue in three months. The twenty-song set moved through a broad repertoire of covers, opening with "Makes Sense to Me" and moving through "One Headlight," "Amber," "Remedy," and "Travelin' Light" before the night deepened into material from Dave Matthews Band, Phish, The Black Crowes, and The Allman Brothers Band. Josh Carson marked his 25th show with the band, and "In a Daydream" reached its 25th performance in The Core's catalog, a milestone the Freddy Jones Band song had not yet crossed before this winter run of shows.
