September 27, 2024 · Charlotte, NC

Tribute: A Celebration of The Allman Brothers Band returned to the Visulite Theatre in Charlotte on September 27, 2024, eight months after their last visit, with Oliver Nichols, Rod Gunther, Grant Reynolds, Henry Davis, Mark Bishop, Brad Berry, John Marsten, and Bill Taylor running through twenty-two songs that spanned the Allman Brothers Band's catalog. The night drew from material across the decades, opening with "Good Clean Fun" and "Revival" before moving through landmark tracks including "Dreams", "Blue Sky", "Jessica", "Midnight Rider", and "Whipping Post". The band also reached back to blues standards the Allmans had made their own, among them "Hoochie Coochie Man", "One Way Out", and "Statesboro Blues".
