February 19, 2022 · Charlotte, NC

Tribute: A Celebration of The Allman Brothers Band played the Visulite Theatre in Charlotte on February 19, 2022, with Oliver Nichols, Rod Gunther, Larry Griggs, Henry Davis, Mark Bishop, Tom Stinson, John Marsten, and Bill Taylor. The 28-song set opened with "Revival" and drew from across the Allman Brothers catalogue, including "Jessica", "Melissa", "Midnight Rider", and "Ramblin' Man", along with blues standards the band made their own like T-Bone Walker's "Stormy Monday" and Muddy Waters' "Trouble No More". Seven songs marked their first time in this band's setlist: "Stand Back", "Leave My Blues at Home", "Dreams", "Mountain Jam", "Please Call Home", "Hot 'Lanta", and "Stormy Monday", bringing fresh material to a night that closed with "Whipping Post".
