The Bitteroots at The Society Garden

September 11, 2021 · Macon, GA

The Bitteroots played The Society Garden in Macon on September 11, 2021, their second show at the venue in five months. The 35-song set drew from their catalog of originals alongside covers including "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours" by Stevie Wonder, "Midnight Rider" by The Allman Brothers Band, and "Born to Run" by Bruce Springsteen. "Use Me" marked the 25th time the band had performed that song, while "Ramble On" by Led Zeppelin and "Cocaine" by J.J. Cale both returned after 18 months away, last played in March 2020. Derron Nuhfer marked his 120th show with the band.
