The Bitteroots at Red Clay Theatre
November 8, 2014 · Duluth, GA
The Bitteroots headlined Red Clay Theatre in Duluth on November 8, 2014, their first show at the venue in 11 months. The set drew heavily from the band's catalog, opening with "This Town" and moving through originals like "Memo," "Desperate," "Try Me Again," and "Rush Me" alongside covers including "Lenny" by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, "Midnight in Harlem" by Tedeschi Trucks Band, and Derek and the Dominos' "Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?" Rhonda Wade joined the band for the evening, which wrapped with "Under the Big Sky" across 17 songs. Nine Times Blue and Sydney Rhame opened the show.
