The Bitteroots at Smith's Olde Bar

September 7, 2011 · Atlanta, GA

The Bitteroots returned to Smith's Olde Bar for their fifth show at the venue, four months after their last visit in May 2011. The set drew primarily from the band's original material, opening with "Cataclysm" and moving through "Rush Me", "Clearly", "French Fries", "Blue", and others, before closing with The Allman Brothers Band's "Whipping Post". The night marked Mike Davis's 30th show with the band and saw the debut of "This Town", a new addition to their setlist.
