The Bitteroots at Red Light Cafe

The Bitteroots returned to the Red Light Cafe for their second appearance at the venue, four months after their last show there. Laura Dees and Laura Novak made their debuts with the band on this June 2010 night, which opened with "Rock Me Right" and drew from a varied repertoire spanning the catalog of Sheryl Crow, Alanis Morissette, Eric Clapton, and ZZ Top, among others. Two originals, "Blue" and "French Fries", appeared alongside classics including "Jolene", "Whipping Post", "Sultans of Swing", and "Breakdown". "Old Love" and "La Grange" both resurfaced after 25 months away, their last outing in June 2008.
